Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days:

Free UK Shipping:  (2-5 working days, untracked for orders over £40)

1st Class Tracked: £4.99 (1-2 working days. Order must be placed by 12 pm. If an order is placed on Saturday, you will receive your parcel on Monday)

UK Next Day Guaranteed by 1 pm: £7.99 (order before 12 pm. Does not guarantee delivery on Saturdays)

 

Europe:

Tracked & Signed: £9.99 (3-10 working days, does not include weekends)

International:

Tracked & Signed: £11.99 (5-7 working days, does not include weekends)

 

What happens if I am not home when they deliver?

If no one is at home to collect your parcel, you should receive a card notifying you of your missed delivery. The parcel will be sent to your local post office.

If you have ordered Next Day Delivery, you will receive a card with details on how to re-arrange delivery.

What should I do if my order has not arrived?

If you are in the UK and have not received your order within 7 working days of the date on which you ordered, please send an email to info@bejewelledbyamirah.com.
