Return & Refund

We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition it was received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please ensure that the items are securely packed for safe delivery, and include the receipt or proof of purchase.

approved, we will provide instructions for sending your package. Please note that return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility, and items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order receipt and contact us right away if you find any defective, damaged, or incorrect items, so we can address the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including earrings, nose rings and belly button jewellery (due to hygiene reasons) and custom products (such as special orders or personalised items).  If you have questions about a specific item, please get in touch.

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges
To ensure you receive the desired item quickly, return the item you have and, once it's accepted, place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded via your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. If it has been more than 14 days since your return was approved, please contact us at info@bejewelledbyamirah.com
