Easy Returns Process
To initiate the returns process, kindly send an email to info@bejewelledbyamirah.com. We will promptly guide you through the necessary steps for returning your item. You have a window of 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Please note that we do not provide pre-paid return labels. The customer holds responsibility for the postage payment for the returned item.
Refundable Items
While we stand by the quality of our products, we are unable to accept returns for earrings due to hygiene reasons. However, all other jewellery items are eligible for refunds up to 14 days from the date of purchase, provided you have proof of purchase.
Condition and Packaging for Refunds
To qualify for a refund, returned products must be in perfect condition and packaged in their original state. We will process refunds within 2 working days upon receiving the returned items. The refund might take up to 10 working days to reflect in your bank account.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If an item reaches you in a damaged or faulty condition, we kindly request that you provide us with photographic evidence within 1 week of receiving the product. Please send the photographic evidence to info@bejewelledbyamirah.com. In the case of returning a damaged or faulty item using normal untracked delivery, please ensure you retain proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility if the item goes missing during the return process.
Refund for Unsatisfactory Items
Bejewelled by Amirah is committed to your satisfaction. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we promise to refund the amount for the items, provided they are returned to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt.
